Job summary

Rexel UK in Eastbourne is seeking an Internal Sales professional to manage key customer accounts and develop new business for the branch. You will engage customers by phone, in-branch, and via email, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

You will become the subject matter expert for customers at the Rexel Eastbourne branch, supporting daily operations and contributing to a high-performance sales culture while embracing the company values and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective management of existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets by delivering excellent sales service
• Serve as the first point of contact for key accounts via phone, branch visits or email to drive loyalty
• Proactively target and develop new customers into profitable accounts and grow your client portfolio
• Support the wider branch team as needed, including trade counter duties and order accuracy to ensure timely delivery
