This role

As an Account Executive in the UK, you'll work closely with our UK Sales Team to drive new customer acquisition and help us achieve our BHAG.

Your key focus areas will be:

  • Winning new business in the UK SME market
  • Managing a high-volume, end-to-end sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Partnering with our SDR team to maximize opportunity conversion
  • Delivering a monthly quota through pipeline management

This includes:

  • Prospecting, pitching, demoing, and closing new business across various verticals
  • Presenting to and negotiating with C-suite and senior HR executives
  • Collaborating with SDRs to qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
  • Hitting revenue targets through consultative selling
  • Fostering a culture of learning and high performance
