Job description

Your mission
Conducting virtual product demonstrations to attract pre-qualified leads for our services
Developing commercial proposals for our key accounts, which involves complex calculations and negotiations
Independently managing the entire deal life cycle until closing and continuously improving our sales strategy, pitches, and processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
Actively contributing to our sales strategy to ensure our growth for the upcoming years
Building a “trusted advisor” relationship with (potential) customers to understand their specific needs and provide value-added services
Being responsible for our global key accounts and establish long-term customer relationships
Take sole responsibility for revenue and upselling activities for our LaaS customers
Participating in speaker activities at trade fairs and supporting our team
Your profile
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industry, spare parts logistics, or SaaS
The ability to actively listen to customers and communicate complex issues clearly and concisely
Assertiveness and a proactive approach
Independence, result-orientation, and awareness of strategic requirements
A team-oriented personality
Persuasiveness and strong networking skills
A structured and careful approach to tasks, with confidence in managing sales cycles and understanding frameworks like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
Fluency in German and English
