- The role is for a new business sales executive dedicated to Dynamics 365.
- The position reports to the sales director but works closely with the Dynamics team.
- The role allows for remote work, though candidates must be UK-based due to travel requirements to client sites.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and closing deals with a focus on manufacturing and service industries. You will work closely with the sales director and Dynamics consultancy team to deliver revenue targets, leveraging existing pipelines and conducting proactive outreach.
- The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven ERP sales experience, ideally within a Microsoft Partner environment, with a strong understanding of Business Central or similar ERP solutions. Experience selling CRM solutions is a plus but not essential. You should be confident engaging with senior stakeholders, demonstrating maturity and professionalism to build trust and close complex deals.

- Preference is given to candidates with Microsoft Partner experience, especially in Business Central sales.

Compensation and quota
- The salary range targeted is approximately £50k to £60k GBP base for candidates with two to three years of ERP sales experience, with commission on top.
- On-target earnings (OTE) are expected to be around 120k GBP in the first year, with commission uncapped.
- The previous occupant of the role earned about 150k GBP total compensation in year one including commission.
- The hiring manager is open to paying up to £70k-£80k GBP base for more experienced candidates who can generate significant revenue immediately.
- The commission structure pays 20% on profit margin from sales, including Microsoft licenses and professional services.
