Job description

About Dema

Dema is the agentic operating system for commerce brands. We connect a brand's website, orders, ads, stock, costs and returns into one commerce model, with shared metric definitions all the way down to CM3. On top of that sit marketing mix modelling, incrementality testing and causal attribution, plus chat, apps your team can build just by describing them, and AI agents that run scheduled work and act once the team approves.

Leading brands run on Dema, including Acne Studios, ASKET, Axel Arigato, Represent, NOTHS, Ridestore and Scuffers. On average, brands using Dema's agents grew profit 40% year on year, and users save around 34 hours a month.

Marcus Tagesson, Henrik Hoffman and David Feldell founded Dema in 2022. As ecommerce operators themselves, they set out to give every brand the kind of analytics usually reserved for the industry's giants. Today a team of 30+ engineers and growth experts builds Dema from Stockholm and London.

The role
London, in office.

You will close new business for Dema across the UK and Europe. Qualified opportunities are handed to you at discovery, and you own each deal from there to signed contract and onboarding handoff. Your buyers are founders, CEOs, heads of ecommerce and performance marketing leads at fast-growing brands.

What You’ll Do
  • Run discovery, demos and deep dives that tie Dema to each brand’s commercial goals: profit, new customer growth and budget allocation.
  • Build business cases and handle commercials, pricing and contract negotiation through to signature.
  • Bring in the right people at the right time, including our product, data and leadership teams.
  • Keep pipeline and forecasting accurate in HubSpot.
  • Hand every signed customer to onboarding with clear context, so they go live fast.
  • Feed what you hear from the market back into product, positioning and the pitch.
Who You Are
  • You've sold marketing measurement or ecommerce analytics software, or you've worked as an operator on the brand or agency side in ecommerce or marketing and want to move into sales.
  • You understand how ecommerce brands make money: paid media, contribution margin, CAC and LTV, Shopify and the wider stack.
  • You can hold your own with a CFO and a performance marketer in the same meeting.
  • Sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Category fluency comes first.
  • You’re comfortable with an iterative approach and want to help shape how a scaling team sells.
What We Offer
  • £50-70k base, with OTE at double the base [confirm split, e.g. 50/50].
  • 25 days' holiday plus UK public holidays, private health insurance and pension.
  • A seat on a small team where your work moves the company’s numbers, with regular time in Stockholm alongside the wider Dema team (typically a few days each month).
