Job summary

HammerTech, a leading safety platform for construction, is seeking an Account Executive in Manchester. The role focuses on generating new sales and expanding existing client relationships, while maintaining post-sale account management to ensure client satisfaction.

The position also supports sales reporting, field marketing, and broader team growth. Ideal candidates will have a degree or equivalent commercial experience, proven software sales results, and the ability to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree or equivalent commercial experience is required.
• Proven software sales track record and ability to hit sales targets.
• Experience in building/construction sector is preferred.
• Experience with Quality, Health, Safety or Environment activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through research, outreach, and inbound leads.
• Manage relationships post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and expansion.
• Handle account management and revenue generation from existing clients.
• Oversee project/stakeholder management during the sales phase and report to management and clients.
• Support day-to-day business administration tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties to support the sales team.
