Account Executive (New Business) - HSC Care

About you:

We're seeking a New Business Account Executive to expand our presence in the HSC care sector, by driving new sales and fostering strong relationships with new and existing customers. You'll play a vital role in identifying new sales opportunities, delivering compelling pitches for our solutions, and maintaining a customer-first approach that highlights Access' impact and value.

The right candidate will be sales-driven with a passion for supporting others. You'll focus on upselling and cross-selling within current accounts and tailoring proposals to fit client needs. With a deep understanding of Access products and the competitive landscape, you'll exceed sales targets by meeting KPIs related to customer acquisition and upsell growth while strategically engaging through public procurement channels to maximize opportunities.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HSC Care sector.

• Build relationships with new customers and tailor proposals to their needs.

• Understand Access Care products, competitive landscape, and public procurement channels.

• Meet and exceed new business sales growth targets.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams for demand generation.

• Ensure high-quality demos, proposals, and bids that address customer needs.

• Engage with key influencers and customer groups to align solutions with their priorities.

• Manage a prospect database and use Salesforce for accurate forecasting.

• Represent Access at events and maintain professional communication across all channels.

Your skills and experiences likely include:

• A strong drive to exceed sales targets, with B2B and new business sales experience. GCSE A-C in Maths and English required.

• Energetic and dynamic professional with a strong work ethic.

• Highly self-motivated, with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a small team.

• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and written formats, with a keen eye for detail.

• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

• Committed to personal and professional growth, with a passion for continuous learning.

• Knowledge of HSC Care is desirable.
