Job summary

Mission 4 Recruitment is seeking an Account Executive to join their busy sales and account management team. The role focuses on developing existing business, identifying buying signals, and building rapport so the customer sees you as the main supplier.

You will work in a proactive, admin-heavy environment with rewards including commission and team bonuses as you drive customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in sales or business development and strong B2B account management.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive in building customer rapport.
• Comfortable with targets, administration, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact point for customers and suppliers.
• Manage supply and product flow into the business and to customers.
