Role Overview: Are you a high-energy, motivated, and driven individual committed to building your career in sales? As an Enterprise Account Executive at ON24, you’ll be in our King's Cross office two days a week (Hybrid), responsible for sales of our suite of webcasting tools to new named accounts. If you’re smart, ambitious, and passionate about selling a marketing solution that revolutionizes webinars and customer engagement, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) in an assigned set of existing Enterprise accounts by managing client renewals and generating upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Map accounts and whitespace in your territory, prospect, secure meetings, and close new business by qualifying opportunities with key decision makers, including marketing, demand generation, corporate communications, training, IT, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with ON24’s SDR Team to prospect into new business units.
  • Partner with the Client Success Team to summarize existing business and facilitate introductions to client advocates and references.
  • Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions, present proposals, and get contracts signed.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve all individual activity and revenue targets.
  • Log sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Attend sales seminars and meetings to stay updated on market trends and product information.
  • Travel as required across the EMEA region to meet prospects and clients face-to-face.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience within B2B SaaS, preferably in marketing, corporate communications, or training sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop new business relationships with enterprise organizations; a hunter mentality.
  • Experience conducting online sales presentations and product demos.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or related fields, or relevant experience.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to discuss industry topics and internet technologies professionally to prospective customers.
  • Ability to develop successful sales strategies for ON24 products/services.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and management skills.
  • Attention to detail, follow-through, and contract management skills.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creativity, persistence, integrity, curiosity, and a will to succeed.
