Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating proposals, and closing opportunities.
  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success.
  • Maintain a growth mindset: continuously learn about our product, internal processes, and industry.
  • Be a team player: provide ideas, feedback, and support to peers.
We are looking for someone with:
  • Proven experience in outbound sales.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably with SaaS platforms.
  • Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
  • The ability to generate leads independently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and a sense of urgency to deliver results promptly.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
