Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive and Sales at MedBoard. The person will be responsible for driving business growth, managing high demand in demo requests, upgrades, and support agreements, as well as maintaining customer relationships and account management. You will work with and sell a product that professionals love, which boasts an exceptional retention rate.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in selling SaaS or sales experience.
  • Experience in business development, account management, or sales.
  • Experience in life sciences, especially in regulated industries such as MedTech or Pharma, and familiarity with key regulatory processes in regulatory, clinical, or PMS is a plus.
  • Proactively seeking new sales opportunities through various methods and recommendations from existing customers.
  • Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
  • Cultivating and enhancing existing customer relationships to increase yield.
  • Arranging and attending meetings with potential and existing customers.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling presentations on our products and services.
  • Generating regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Monitoring customer performance, volume, and satisfaction.
  • Representing the company at exhibitions or conferences.
  • Demonstrating passion for solving problems aligned with the MedBoard mission.
  • Strong system design and problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with the "unknown".
