Job summary

ARU is seeking an Account Executive to join the Degrees at Works Business Development team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on supporting sales for apprenticeships, CPD and online programmes, identifying new opportunities, and developing a pipeline of employers. Travel to campus locations may be required.

The role requires a degree or equivalent qualification and strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and social media tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Sales experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activity for apprenticeships, CPD and online programmes.
• Identify new opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential employers.
• Triage inbound apprenticeship inquiries and provide up-to-date information on courses and funding rules.
• Engage with applicants and employers through verbal and email communications.
