Job summary

ARU seeks an Account Executive to support the Degrees at Works Business Development team in Chelmsford. You will help promote apprenticeships and online programmes, identify new employers, and manage inquiries with strong customer service and organisational skills.

You will employ MS Office tools and social media to promote training activities, travel as needed, and contribute to a high-performing sales pipeline. A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• You should have a degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Sales experience is desirable but not essential, with a go-getter attitude and strong customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a willingness to study and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activity for apprenticeships, CPD and online programmes.
• Identify new opportunities and build a pipeline of potential employers.
• Triage timely responses to inbound apprenticeship inquiries by phone and email.
• Provide up-to-date information about courses and funding rules to applicants and employers.
