Job summary

ARU is seeking an Apprenticeship Account Executive to join Degrees at Work’s Business Development team. You will promote and recruit to distance and work-based learning courses, handling inbound inquiries and guiding applicants through admissions and onboarding.

The role requires excellent communication, a go-getter attitude, and willingness to study for a degree. Travel to campuses and client sites will be necessary, with some out-of-hours work.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment and willingness to study for a degree.
• Sales experience is desirable; strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activity for apprenticeships, CPD and online programmes.
• Identify new opportunities and manage a pipeline of employers and inquiries.
• Respond to inbound inquiries verbally and by email with accurate course information.
• Guide applicants through admissions and onboarding processes.
