Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford invites applications for an Apprenticeship Account Executive within the Degrees at Work team. The role focuses on promoting a range of apprenticeships, CPD and online programmes and building relationships with employers.

You will manage inbound inquiries, develop a recruitment pipeline, and provide up-to-date course and funding information while guiding applicants through admissions and onboarding. Some travel and occasional out-of-hours work are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification, or relevant customer-facing experience with willingness to study for a degree.
• Sales experience is desirable; strong customer service, highly organised and with excellent communications.
• Proactive, resourceful with a strong work and team ethic with some supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and confident using social media to promote activities.
• Interest in developing knowledge in business engagement and funding mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales activity for apprenticeships, CPD and online programmes.
• Identify new opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential employers.
• Triage inbound apprenticeship inquiries by phone and email.
• Provide up-to-date information about courses and the funding rules to applicants and employers.
• Guide applicants through admissions and onboarding processes.
• Travel to customer locations within and outside ARU’s core region and to all campus locations.
