Job description

Are you an Account Executive looking for a new challenge, but want an established book of clients to take over rather than starting from scratch?

This is not a pure new business role, with the successful candidate inheriting a substantial book of mid-corporate business generating circa £250,000 in income. The primary focus will be on servicing and retaining these established clients, managing and developing relationships, securing renewals and ensuring high retention rates, alongside generating some new business with a realistic first-year target.

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive who enjoys building and looking after a client book, rather than being focused solely on cold new business development. Ideally, you will have experience managing mid-corporate clients with premiums ranging from approximately £10,000 to £75,000, alongside being ambitious, enthusiastic and capable.

The role offers a significant book of business from day one, a competitive and open salary of circa £50,000–£90,000 depending on experience, and flexible hybrid working with an expectation of two days per week in the Bristol office. You will also benefit from the support of a dedicated team of Account Handlers.
