Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar Account Executive or Commercial Broker role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products across property, liability, PI, D&O, cyber, etc.
  • Confident communicator, both with clients and insurers.

Founded by experienced industry professionals, our business is built on long-term relationships, technical excellence, and tailored risk solutions across sectors such as construction, manufacturing, property, and professional services.

Were looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join a growing team. You will manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients, focusing on quality advice, client retention, and new business growth.

Youll be trusted to work with independence and purpose, supported by experienced Account Handlers and market-leading insurers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of SME to mid-market commercial clients, ensuring excellent service and retention

Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting

Undertake client visits and risk reviews, delivering tailored insurance programmes

Work closely with insurers to negotiate terms and secure optimal solutions

Support renewals, MTAs, and claims processes in collaboration with internal teams

Maintain accurate records and client files using Acturis (or similar system)

Represent the business with professionalism and integrity at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar Account Executive or Commercial Broker role

Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products across property, liability, PI, D&O, cyber, etc.

Confident communicator, both with clients and insurers

Self-driven, with the ability to manage your own workload and pipeline

Familiarity with Acturis or similar platforms preferred
