Job summary

EMR is recruiting an Account Executive for a Creative & Brand Agency in Norwich. The role offers hybrid working with one day weekly in the Norwich office and a salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.

You will support the Account Manager/Director, nurture client relationships, plan delivery, brief designers, handle invoicing and provide general admin support across branding, websites, film, campaigns and social media projects.

• 1–2 years in an agency, marketing or client-facing role

• Clear, friendly communication skills

• High energy and ability to multitask, with proven ability to quickly prioritise across several projects

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager and Account Director with day-to-day client contact.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, always delivering the highest level of customer service possible.
• Plan project delivery, create schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Interpret smaller briefs from clients and brief designers.
• Invoicing
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Support the team in carrying out ad hoc tasks
• General administrative support to the team including travel logistics planning and booking travel and accommodation where required.

Once a month travel to Norwich required.

Agency experience would be preferable, working with Financial Services or Professional Services clients would be an advantage.

They are growing their team and looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to support client projects across branding, websites, film, campaigns and social media. It's a great first or second step in an agency career.

What you'll do
