Engine Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Executive or Junior Account Manager to join a creative and marketing agency environment. You'll support the delivery of campaigns from brief through to delivery and work closely with clients, creatives and strategists to bring brand projects to life.

You’ll be proactive, detail‑focussed and enjoy building strong relationships while managing day‑to‑day communications, timelines and coordination.

• Experience in a creative, branding, advertising or integrated marketing agency.

Are you an experienced Account Executive or Junior Account Manager looking to take the next step in a creative and marketing agency environment?

We’re looking for a talented, organised and ambitious account handler who enjoys working closely with clients, creatives and strategists to bring campaigns and brand projects to life. This role would suit someone who has already gained solid agency experience and is now ready for more responsibility, more client exposure and the chance to develop within a supportive, fast-moving team.

You’ll be proactive, detail-focused and comfortable keeping projects moving while building strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.

• The ability to contribute ideas, ask the right questions and help shape effective client solutions

You don’t need to be the finished article, but you should already have a solid grounding in account handling and a genuine enthusiasm for great creative work. You’ll understand the importance of a clear brief, the value of strong client service and the role that insight, messaging and execution play in building successful campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be involved in the smooth running of client accounts, supporting senior team members while also taking ownership of your own projects where appropriate. From interpreting briefs and preparing estimates to coordinating creative development and ensuring deadlines are met, you’ll play an important role in keeping work on track and clients informed.

• Print, literature and sales support materials
• Digital marketing, websites and content-led projects
• Social media and campaign activation
• Branding, positioning and pitch or proposal support
• Experiential, events or wider integrated marketing activity

You’ll have an appreciation of what clients expect from a good agency partner: clear communication, commercial awareness, creative thinking and reliable delivery. A working knowledge of areas such as tone of voice, content strategy, user experience, digital channels and campaign planning would be highly beneficial, as would the confidence to help clients and colleagues make informed creative and strategic choices.
