What we need:

We’re looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join our high-growth sales team. You’ll be signing some of the biggest names in commercial real estate, managing deals with an average order value of £50k, and owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting all the way to close and beyond.

You’ll work closely with our BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify the right agencies and firms, understand their pain points, and help them see how Kato can become the backbone of their business.

There’s already strong demand but this role is about more than taking orders. You’ll need to be strategic, curious, and proactive. You’ll own key relationships, navigate complex orgs, and help us win logos that move the needle.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own the full sales cycle - Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close. You’ll be responsible for hitting your own number and driving new ARR.

Strategic selling - You’ll be selling into senior stakeholders (MDs, Heads of Agency, Investment Directors) and need to tailor your approach to each opportunity.

Upsell and expand - You won’t just win the deal...you’ll grow it. That means identifying cross-sell and expansion plays from the start.

Demo like a pro - Become fluent in Kato’s product and value prop, and lead compelling, tailored demos that get people bought in fast.

Work with our growth engine - Partner with BDRs to target the right prospects and with Marketing to align messaging and campaigns.

Build relationships that last - From first meeting through post-close handover, you’ll be a trusted point of contact and strategic advisor.

You’ll Be Great If You...

  • Have 4+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling into mid-market or enterprise orgs.
  • Have experience closing £50k+ deals and managing a £500k+ ARR quota.
  • Are confident generating your own pipeline - you’re not afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Know how to sell consultatively and handle multiple stakeholders and buying cycles.
  • Have a knack for building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Bonus: You’ve worked in (or sold into) commercial real estate or other complex, relationship-driven industries.
