Job summary

Stride Resource Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced Account Executive to take over a book of commercial insurance business in the UK. You will manage client portfolios, prepare FCA-compliant reports, and pursue new opportunities through networking.

The role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, the ability to work independently, and willingness to travel with a UK driving licence. CII qualifications are preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Commercial Insurance Executive role within the UK or as a Commercial Account Handler or Insurance Broker seeking progression.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Solid technical knowledge of commercial insurance and Lloyd's markets.
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
• CII qualifications (Cert CII, Dip CII, or ACII) are preferred but not essential.
