Location: Remote (UK based)

We're a TikTok agency that helps brands succeed on TikTok. We’ve grown our own clients and communities to over 1 million followers and have achieved 600 million video views in the last 12 months. We leverage these insights to assist brands in reaching new audiences, growing their TikTok following and engagement, and creating compelling content that stands out.

The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be capable of executing paid social campaigns, leading creative planning, managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and reporting, with experience handling media spends from small to large.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead paid social planning and buying strategies for clients across TikTok & Meta.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as their main contact.
  • Develop and implement influencer partnership strategies to foster growth.
  • Create innovative TikTok Shop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Oversee TikTok Shop campaigns, ensuring integration across paid, organic, affiliate, and live content.
  • Guide clients on TikTok Shop best practices, including storefront optimization, shoppable content, and platform features.
  • Provide creative feedback for client campaigns.
  • Act as a senior strategic contact and escalation point for clients.
  • Coordinate content creation with in-house and freelance TikTok creators and influencers.
  • Recommend and plan budgets for campaigns.
  • Propose new business opportunities.
  • Manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Executives.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in TikTok platform and advertising.
  • Strong client relationship skills and willingness to travel for meetings.
  • Agency experience managing successful accounts.
  • Knowledge of TikTok Shop, shoppable content, live streams, and affiliate marketing.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Experience with paid campaigns and media planning.
  • Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager.
  • Creative eye for high-converting content.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
  • Understanding of TikTok Shop Live sessions and support for live production.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate programs, outreach, and performance tracking.
