Job summary

Whitestone Resourcing is seeking a senior leader to head the strategic, operational and commercial performance of a portfolio of healthcare FM contracts. You will act as the senior client interface to drive contract retention, growth and continuous improvement across complex Hard and Soft FM environments.

The role requires strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility and proven experience managing large-scale healthcare, public sector or PFI contracts, plus excellent stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within Facilities Management or outsourced services (healthcare focus).
• Experience managing large healthcare, public sector or PFI contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading multi-service Hard and Soft FM delivery.
• Excellent client relationship, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent understanding of compliance, health & safety and statutory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability for operational, commercial and financial performance of assigned contracts.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with NHS, PFI and healthcare stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery of all contractual KPIs, SLAs and compliance requirements.
• Lead account growth, contract renewals, variations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive health & safety, statutory compliance and governance across the portfolio.
• Manage and develop Account Managers, Contract Managers and operational teams.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, reporting and profitability targets.
• Act as senior escalation point for operational, commercial and client matters.
