Assist the Account Team in the delivery of packaging projects through design to file release. Support Creative and Production Account Managers with administrative duties and follow up with third parties as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Employee Experience: Foster cross-team partnerships and ensure employee satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Creative and/or Production Account Managers to develop strong partnerships, support client expectations, project needs, and promote cohesive team engagement.
• Engage with internal teams such as Design, Photo Studio, Production, and Finance to build strong relationships and identify learning opportunities.
• Support the team by performing assigned tasks and being available to assist as required.
• Work closely with Account Managers to understand the process and your role within it.

Operational Excellence: Collaborate internally to inspire design and deliver efficiently within the 'one roof' model.

• Accurately input all activities into the Equator Octopus2 system following guidance from Account Management.
• Ensure all system tasks are completed timely.
• Support project development by accurately storing and managing files.
• Coordinate with all Equator teams to support the 'all under one roof' delivery model.
• Follow internal workflows to ensure consistent delivery across your responsibilities.
• Support photography processes by ensuring all elements are prepared and stakeholders are informed.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive and professional communication, escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Financial Growth: Contribute to business growth by driving sales and reducing costs.

• Input financial data into Octopus2 system accurately when required.

Client Experience: Build proactive client partnerships to meet objectives and deliver excellent service.

• Maintain strong engagement with clients as a committed team member.
• Follow up with Suppliers, Printers, Clients, and Third-Party Services for necessary information and assets.
• Communicate professionally and promptly in all interactions.
