We are now looking to recruit an experienced Account Co-ordinator to:
  • Be responsible for all new and repeat business orders for your assigned customer accounts.
  • Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
The Candidate:
Responsibilities
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service support.
  • Experience in a manufacturing industry desirable but not essential.
  • Proven experience of MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills to effectively manage clients both in the UK and internationally.
  • Good standard of English and Maths.
  • SAP experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Troubleshooting, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Goal-oriented approach.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Manage all aspects of customer accounts.
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate growth.
  • Update customers on their order progress.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth order processing through to final shipment.
  • Process orders and transactions.
  • Provide proactive customer outreach.
  • Perform administrative tasks as requested.
