Job summary

Quality Personnel is recruiting an Account Co-ordinator to join a busy Inside Sales team, supporting a portfolio of European customers for an established global manufacturing business. You'll be the key contact for customers, managing enquiries, quotations and orders through to delivery, while working with internal teams in the UK and globally.

This hybrid role offers a £30,000 salary, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years B2B customer service or sales administration experience
• Strong order processing and quotation experience
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Confident with numbers and multi-step calculations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems
• Proactive, organised and calm approach

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Customer Service, Sales Administration or Inside Sales professional looking for your next move?

We're recruiting an Account Co-ordinator to join a busy Inside Sales team, supporting a portfolio of European customers for an established global manufacturing business.

This is a varied role where attention to detail, organisation and customer service really matter. You'll be the key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, quotations and orders through to delivery, while working closely with internal teams across the UK and globally.

What you'll be doing:

• Reviewing purchase orders, contracts and specifications
