Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking an Accommodation Standards Team Member at Longleat Forest to uphold our guest-ready accommodation standards. The part-time role runs Fridays and Mondays, 11am–5pm, with a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours over 4 weeks and possible extra hours as required.

• Sociably confident with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of technology.
• Have a motivational approach towards work.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete Guest Ready Checks to ensure accommodation meets company standards.
• Log and resolve cleaning issues where possible, escalating when needed.
• Report faults via the company fault reporting system.
• Meet targets for completed checks and guest satisfaction scores.

What you'll be doing

• Complete Guest Ready Checks to ensure accommodation meets company standards
• Log and resolve cleaning issues where possible, escalating when needed
• Report faults via the company fault reporting system
• Meet targets for completed checks and guest satisfaction scores

Your working hours

• Part-time contract, working Fridays and Mondays, 11am to 5pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours over a 4 week period.
• You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes bank holidays
