Job summary

Center Parcs Longleat Forest is seeking an Outdoor Activity Centre Instructor to lead and supervise action-packed experiences for guests in a dynamic outdoor setting.

You will set up activities, coach participants and ensure safety, in a physically active role at Longleat Forest. The position involves evenings, weekends and bank holidays with a guaranteed 96 hours over 4 weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 years or over.
• Emergency First Aid at Work (training can be provided).
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Physically capable to meet the demands of the role.
• Confident, sociable and works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organise a variety of outdoor activities for guests.
• Maintain equipment and complete safety checks in line with company standards.
• Keep areas clean, tidy and professionally presented.

Join our Outdoor Activity Centre team as an Instructor, delivering fun, action-packed experiences for guests. You'll coach and supervise activities, ensuring safety and creating memorable moments in a dynamic, physically challenging environment.

Your working hours

• Part-time contracts available, fully flexible
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 96 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
