Job summary

Royal Lancaster London is recruiting a passionate Talent and Culture Manager to join our Talent & Culture Department on a permanent basis. You will lead policies, champion an inclusive culture, and ensure compliant, accurate HR records while driving employee engagement and development.

The role requires strong leadership, people development, and program delivery with a focus on five-star service and memorable guest experiences. Immediate start available in central London.

As a Talent and Culture Manager, your main duties andexpectations for the role will include:

• Lead theimplementation of all Talent & Culture policies and processes.
• Champion avibrant, inclusive workplace culture that celebrates diversity andindividuality, leading employee engagement activities, recognition events, teamsocials, well-being initiatives and mental health awareness activities.
• Ensurefull compliance with employment legislation, policies and audit standards,maintaining accurate records for immigration, right-to-work, GDPR and Health& Safety, as well as accurate and compliant employee records, contracts andpersonnel files.
• Supportall team members and managers with advice on employee relations matters.
• Take responsibility for team development by proactivelyidentifying learning opportunities, having the appropriate knowledge to deliverand write relevant training, and ensure attendance at all agreed trainingsessions.

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary tofulfil their duties and in any event not less than hours.
