Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Accommodation Elveden Forest to lead the maintenance team and drive high standards across lodges. You will implement planned and reactive maintenance strategies while ensuring compliance, budgets, and performance targets are met.

The role focuses on delivering safe, well-maintained accommodation, fostering a positive culture, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing or equivalent.
• Skilled in management and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong people management skills including coaching and performance management.
• Effective communication at all levels.
• Works well under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to deliver high-quality work.
• Manage reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Develop and implement a planned preventative strategy for all lodges.
• Ensure all statutory and legal testing is completed, documented and compliant.
• Promote a positive team culture focused on wellbeing and continuous improvement.
