Job summary

Center Parcs is recruiting for a Housekeeping - Service Support Assistant at Elveden Forest to help keep our accommodation clean, safe and guest-ready. This hands-on role includes cleaning, deep-cleaning lodges, restocking linen and inventory, and supporting laundry and stores activities.

Shifts are part-time from 10:00 to 14:45 with a guaranteed minimum of 38 hours over a 4-week period and occasional extra hours.

Qualifications

• Good communication with guests and colleagues
• Strong eye for detail and cleanliness
• Able to deliver high standards of presentation and safety
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence may be required for some duties

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare and maintain accommodation areas to agreed standards
• Deliver, collect and replenish linen, towels, and inventory
• Support stores, laundry and delivery processes and keep records
• Carry out health and safety or smoke detector checks and report defects
• Provide friendly service to guests and colleagues while working safely
