Job summary

Center Parcs Elveden Forest is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Accommodation maintenance team. You will drive planned and reactive maintenance, oversee compliance and budgets, and inspire a positive, high-performing culture.

The role offers a circa £52,500 per annum plus a 12% bonus scheme, with shifts across early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You will develop preventative strategies and ensure statutory testing is completed.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing or equivalent.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Computer literacy with MS Office.
• Strong people management and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team to deliver high-quality work.
• Manage reactive maintenance tasks with timely resolution.
• Develop and implement a planned preventative maintenance strategy for lodges.
• Ensure all statutory and legal testing is completed, documented and compliant.
• Promote a positive culture focused on wellbeing and continuous improvement.
