Job summary

Center Parcs Elveden Forest is seeking a Maintenance Manager - Accommodation to lead the on-site maintenance team, deliver high-quality repair work and manage reactive tasks.

You will implement a preventative maintenance strategy across lodges, ensure all statutory testing is completed, and foster a positive culture focused on wellbeing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing or equivalent.
• Skilled in management and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong people management skills including coaching and performance management.
• Effective communication at all levels.
• Works well under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Elveden Forest | Circa £52,500 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme

What you\'ll be doing

• Lead and support the team to deliver high-quality work


• Manage reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution


• Develop and implement a planned preventative strategy for all lodges


• Ensure all statutory and legal testing is completed, documented and compliant

Your working hours

• Full-time contract, 150 contracted hours per 4-week period


• Shifts fall between 7:00am to 10:00pm


• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About you
