Job summary

Center Parcs Elveden Forest is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Accommodation maintenance team. You will drive planned and reactive maintenance, oversee compliance and budgets, and inspire a positive, high-performing culture.

The role offers a circa £52,500 per annum plus a 12% bonus scheme, with shifts across early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You will develop preventative strategies and ensure statutory testing is completed.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing or equivalent.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Computer literacy with MS Office.
• Strong people management and coaching abilities.

Keep family breaks running smoothly

Lead the Accommodation maintenance team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance strategies to ensure highest standards and smooth operations. Oversee compliance, budgets and team performance while promoting a positive and motivated work culture.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and support the team to deliver high-quality work
• Manage reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Develop and implement a planned preventative strategy for all lodges
• Ensure all statutory and legal testing is completed, documented and compliant
• Promote a positive team culture focused on wellbeing and continuous improvement

Your working hours

• Full-time contract, 150 contracted hours per 4-week period
• Shifts fall between 7:00am to 10:00pm
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About you

• NVQ Level 3 in either Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing or equivalent
• Skilled in management and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong people management skills including coaching and performance management
• Effective communication at all levels
• Works well under pressure and with minimal supervision
