Center Parcs is seeking an FM Hard Services Manager to lead a skilled maintenance team at Whinfell Forest. You will ensure accommodation meets high standards and guest expectations while balancing safety, cost control and service delivery.

This full-time role offers a salary circa £65,000–£75,000 plus an 18% bonus scheme, with development opportunities and a supportive, collaborative culture across the department.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage technical and administrative teams.
• Experience in managing dynamic workloads with prioritisation.
• Experience in managing service contracts within hard FM environments.
• Use of CAFM systems for facilities management.
• Experience in safety standards and risk management.
