Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Accommodation Elveden Forest to lead the maintenance team and drive high standards across lodges. You will implement planned and reactive maintenance strategies while ensuring compliance, budgets, and performance targets are met.

The role focuses on delivering safe, well-maintained accommodation, fostering a positive culture, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing or equivalent.
• Skilled in management and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong people management skills including coaching and performance management.
• Effective communication at all levels.
• Works well under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Maintenance Manager - Accommodation Elveden Forest | Circa £52,500 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme Keep family breaks running smoothly Lead the Accommodation maintenance team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance strategies to ensure highest standards and smooth operations. Oversee compliance, budgets and team performance while promoting a positive and motivated work culture.

Your working hours

Full-time contract, 150 contracted hours per 4-week period Shifts fall between 7:00am to 10:00pm This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About you
