From inclusive recruitment practices to tailored support at work, we create an environment where everyone can succeed.
The role
- As Accommodation Coordinator, you will support the Accommodation Manager with the day-to-day management of Progress Living accommodation across Lincolnshire, helping customers through every stage of their journey from application to departure.
- We are looking for a Coordinator to manage accommodation applications, room allocations, tenancy agreements, electronic keys, welcome packs and tenancy records, while making sure application and termination procedures are followed accurately.
- You will provide a professional, customer-focused service, dealing with routine enquiries and working with colleagues across Progress Housing Group and United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals Trust to resolve queries and keep occupants informed.
- Within the role you will maintain accurate paper and electronic records, support deposit administration, proactively monitor current and former occupant arrears and other debts, and assist with finance processes including orders, invoices, recharges, salary deductions and year-end procedures.
- You will help coordinate repairs, notify external agencies of tenancy changes, carry out audit quality checks on new tenancies, minute quarterly residents’ meetings and provide office cover across sites when required.
- This is an opportunity to use your organisation and customer service skills in a purpose-led role, build your knowledge across housing and accommodation services, and contribute as part of a supportive Progress Living team.
- You will take part in the supportive on-call rota for one week in every nine, helping customers and colleagues when it matters and playing an important part in delivering a dependable service.
- From time to time, you may visit other hubs across the local area, giving you the opportunity to build relationships, share knowledge and support colleagues and customers across Progress Living.
