Job summary

Housing 21 is seeking a proactive Housing Services Lead to support the Housing and Partnership Manager in delivering resident-focused services within an Extra Care scheme. You will help ensure residents can live independently while upholding health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have experience in housing or property management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage records and priorities in a collaborative, digital environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing or property management with a focus on resident facing services and engagement.
• Solid understanding of health and safety and other RoSH regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, including maintaining records and managing priorities.
• Collaborative working style with proactive problem-solving.
• Familiarity with tenancy management processes and housing management systems.
• Good level of digital skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams.
• Willing to work towards Level 3 Housing Apprenticeship (if not held).

What we’re looking for

The essential requirements for the role include:
