Cuffe & Taylor is seeking an Accessibility Manager to lead accessibility across events, coordinating ticketing, facilities and services. You will work with partners to ensure accurate information and reporting, develop plans and handbooks, and oversee on-site delivery for an inclusive fan experience.

Strong project management, excellent organisational skills and knowledge of accessibility legislation are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accessibility requirements and disability inclusion in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven project management and planning experience to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in live events.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel are essential.
• Self-motivated and proactive in delivering accessibility initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage accessible ticketing systems and workflows across all events.
• Coordinate with partners (Nimbus, Ticketmaster) for accurate information and reporting.
• Create and maintain Accessibility Management Plans and staff handbooks.
• Project manage delivery of accessible facilities ensuring a safe, inclusive experience.
• Build relationships with disability and inclusivity organisations to improve delivery.
• Stay informed on accessibility innovations and best practices in live events.
• Conduct on-site audits and capture notes to support post-event reviews.
• Debrief events and report fan feedback to influence strategy.
• Provide on-site and administrative support to the event management team.
• Monitor accessibility and customer service on-site during events.
