Job summary

Manchester City is seeking an Academy Driver and Logistics Assistant to help coordinate the Academy's day-to-day transport service, ensuring safe, on-time travel for players, staff, guests and families. You will support scholar transport, staff runs and wider logistics within a high-standard academy.

Alongside driving, you will manage schedules and records, report faults, and ensure vehicle records remain current.

Qualifications

• Clean UK driving licence and the ability to provide safe, professional transport.
• Experience working in an administrative environment with schedules, records and reports.
• Proficiency with MS Office and standard office software.
• Clear, professional communication with players, families, staff and guests.
• Flexible and confidential approach; shift to variable/unsociable hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day transport for the Academy, including staff, players and guests.
• Maintain schedules, records, reports and documentation accurately.
• Monitor and coordinate maintenance for Academy vehicles and keep records current.
• Support tours, events and trial activities with professional front-facing conduct.
• Adapt to changing transport needs and safeguarding responsibilities.
