Manchester City Football Club is seeking an Academy Driver and Logistics Assistant based at the City Football Academy in Manchester. This permanent full-time role blends driving with administrative tasks to ensure safe, punctual transport for Academy players, staff, trialists and families.

You will maintain schedules and records, monitor vehicle readiness, support tours and events, and help develop efficient transport processes.

Qualifications

• A clean UK driving licence with safe, professional transport experience.
• Experience in an administrative environment with records and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard admin systems.
• Clear communication when meeting players, families and staff.
• Flexibility to work variable or unsociable hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day transport for Academy players, staff, trialists and families.
• Maintain schedules, records, reports and documentation accurately.
• Monitor vehicle status, coordinate maintenance and ensure records are current.
• Assist with tours, events and providing a professional first impression.
• Safeguarding responsibilities and respond to operational needs.
