A leading NHS Trust in Norwich is looking for an experienced secretarial support staff for the Imaging Academy. This role involves providing clerical administration, managing communications, and supporting various healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The position does not meet visa sponsorship requirements and closes on November 3, 2025.
The East of England Imaging Academy (previously, Norwich Radiology Academy) was established in 2005 to provide high quality training to the Clinical Radiology training programme through a mixture of clinical experience, tutorials, simulators and use of imaging archived investigations. Education and training are the core purpose of the Academy; alongside the Clinical Radiology training programme, we also deliver multi-disciplinary education and training for other imaging healthcare professionals in the East of England. As well as supporting training for a variety of imaging professions, the Academy also hosts some corporate and CPD events. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated individual to join the Academy secretarial team.
To work as part of a small team to support the efficient running of the Imaging Academy. To provide supporting clerical and administrative duties as required. To act as the first point of contact for queries regarding the facilities and training provided by the Academy. To support the Academy Manager and Training Programme Director to manage the Academy as a fully functioning building.
