Job summary

Northampton Town FC is seeking an Academy Logistics & Support Co-ordinator to provide administrative support to its Emerging Talent department and manage academy player and staff kit, ensuring accurate records and smooth operations.

The role includes player administration, database maintenance, kit orders and stock control, and assisting with transport between sites, including minibus driving for U18 away games. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and a D1 minibus licence (or willingness to obtain the D1).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Forms.
• Desirable: FA Talent ID Level 2
• A flexible approach, including evenings, weekends and match days as required.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Complete all trialist player administration, including EFL and club forms.
• Keep player information up to date, including proof of address, emergency contacts and medical information.
• Manage general enquiries and invitations so all Emerging Talent Training Centres are full.
• Keep parents informed of logistics through Spond and ensure all centre parents are on it.
• Attend monthly recruitment meetings and maintain player databases.
• Number academy kit correctly with the right sponsor logos, and liaise with Academy Managers on kit orders, deliveries and stock.
• Keep accurate kit records and allocations, and give quarterly stock updates.
• Transport academy players between the train station and the training ground, and cover U18 away games where the minibus is needed.
• Keep the kit and laundry rooms tidy and secure, and prepare kit order forms for all age groups.
