Job summary

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• Strong development planning background.
• Willingness to undertake Continued Professional Development organised by Reading Football Club.

Responsibilities

• Support the Academy staff to fulfil transport needs of the Academy and players.
• Plan and review transport provision for the Academy.
• Drive Academy players to and from training, games and designated pick up spots.
• Ensure the least cost transport plan is produced in line with club policies.
• Carry out strategic planning with frequent reviews to deliver an efficient transport service.
• Support Head of Academy Operations with day-to-day running of the Academy.
• Ensure safeguarding and player welfare is the primary consideration.
• Meet all EPPP requirements and review them as needed.
• Represent the Club's Vision and Values in all activities.
• Respond to enquiries within Reading Football Club Charter guidelines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of information relating to Reading Football Club
