Job summary

Northampton Town FC is seeking an organized administrator to support the Emerging Talent department. You will help manage academy players and staff kit, coordinate transport between training sites, and maintain player records and safeguarding compliance.

The role requires driving and D1 licence where possible, with strong MS Office skills and a proactive approach to coordinating multiple centers and meetings.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• D1 minibus licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms).
• Willingness to complete the D1 Licence if not held already.

Responsibilities

• Support Emerging Talent department administratively.
• Lead on academy players and staff kit management.
• Coordinate transport of players between sites and training grounds.
• Maintain player information databases and emergency contacts.
• Liaise with Academy Managers on kit orders, deliveries and stock control.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare policies are followed.
