Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking a organised Training Centre Coordinator for our Birmingham site. You will help deliver exceptional learning experiences for delegates, trainers and visitors, coordinating facilities, logistics and day-to-day centre operations.

Working with another Coordinator and the Academy team, you will ensure smooth programme delivery, welcoming attendees and maintaining a high standard of learning environments.

Qualifications

• Experience within a veterinary, education, training, events or similar environment.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A customer-focused approach and confidence building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy environment.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A flexible and collaborative approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of our Birmingham Training Centre.
• Prepare training rooms, equipment, resources and facilities for learning programmes.
• Coordinate training course logistics and provide on-the-day delivery support.
• Welcome delegates, trainers and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the Training Centre and equipment.
• Manage consumable stock levels and support operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with trainers, suppliers, internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Maintain accurate records and support administrative processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Academy projects.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GDPR and animal welfare requirements.
• Support Academy events and programmes across the UK when required.
