Job summary

The Graduate Network is seeking an Academic Learning Mentor in a Good secondary school in Wednesbury (West Midlands). You will provide targeted academic support to students, both 1:1 and in small groups, helping them understand content and build study habits, with a focus on pupils with mild SEN needs.

Ideal candidates are graduates with a 2:2 degree or higher, strong communication skills, and a patient, encouraging manner. A DBS check is required or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• 2:2 degree or above in any subject.
• Genuine interest in supporting students with academic and mild SEN needs.
• Strong communication and a calm, encouraging approach.

Responsibilities
