Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream secondary school in the Wednesbury area. You will support students with SEN across the secondary age range, helping them access the curriculum, build confidence and reach their potential.

This is a full-time, long-term role with potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. Working closely with teachers and the SEN team, you will bring patience, empathy and strong communication to everyday
