Job summary

Artic Building Services Ltd is recruiting a Static AC Engineer to perform maintenance and reactive tasks on client sites in London. The role requires experience in HVAC and building services, with AHU/FCU handling as a key capability. You will follow site procedures, complete PDA tasks, and coordinate with contract managers.

Starting ASAP, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, on-site work with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and building long-term client relationships. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• HVAC and Building Services industry experience required.
• Experience with AHUs/FCUs preferred.
• Good time management and client liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks on client site.
• Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments.
• Use client portal and CAFM system if required.
• Provide weekly timesheet to office on Mondays.
• Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required.
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information.
• Inform administrator of any site or plant changes or site plant asset management.
• Collect parts from supplier or head office where applicable.

Skills Required:

• Industry qualificationsincluding F-Gas
• Comprehensive workingexperience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.
• A continuous history ofemployment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
• Other skills preferable, mechanical,basic electrical, basic plumbing, Identification and adaptability. Must have experience with AHU’s and FCU’s
• Ability to develop and bepartof a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork.
• Capable of building longterm relationships with clients both of existing and prospective
• Positive attitude “can dowill do”.
• Flexible in approach tohours and solving problems on site
• Commercially astute, drivento identify and generate additional works / sales
• Provide technical support toadministration staff as required.
