Job summary

Artic Building Services Ltd is seeking a Static AC Engineer to join our team in London. The role involves carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks on client sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety and quality standards.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, starting ASAP, with on-site tasks across client locations. Experience with AHU/FCU, F-Gas and building services is essential; strong communication and time management are required.

Qualifications

• Industry qualifications including F-Gas.
• Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.
• A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
• Experience with AHU’s and FCU’s preferred.
• Ability to develop and be part of a team; manage time, works and paperwork.
• Capable of building long-term relationships with clients (existing and prospective).
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Flexible in hours and on-site problem solving.
• Commercially astute with drive to identify/generate additional works.
• Provide technical support to administration staff as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site.
• Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments.
• Use client portal and CAFM system if required.
• Provide further works reports where required.
• Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required.
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information.
• Inform administrator of any site or plant changes/site plant asset management.
• Collect parts from supplier or head office where applicable.
• Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday.
